Returns Policy
You may return new, completely unopened PetPhone devices within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as:

●   The box is sealed, including the original plastic wrapping
●   The device has not been activated, paired, or registered in the app
●   You can provide your order number or proof of purchase

We’ll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received the wrong item or there is a confirmed fulfilment/shipping issue).

For change of mind returns where the item is correctly supplied, return shipping will be your responsibility (see our full Return & Refund Policy for details).

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are usually processed within 5 -10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Available within Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi city limits only.

Cut-off & delivery times
●   Dubai (city limits): Order before 2:00 pm → Delivered by 10:00 pm same day

●   Sharjah (city limits): Order before 2:00 pm → Delivered by 10:00 pm same day

●   Abu Dhabi(city limits): Order before 12:00 pm → Delivered by 10:00 pm same day

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Next Day Delivery

●   Available across most UAE locations.

●   Remote or out-of-service areas may take slightly longer.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees and any available promotions (such as free shipping thresholds) are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

For pre order items, an estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page. Your order will ship once stock is available and ready to leave our fulfilment centre, and your selected delivery option (Same Day or Next Day) will apply from the dispatch date.
