We started The PetPhone with one simple mission: to help reduce the number of pets that go missing, starting here in the UAE.

In a place of villas, high-rises, open desert and busy roads, a curious dog or cat can slip out in seconds. We wanted to give pet parents more than a tag and a phone number – a way to see where their pet is and speak to them in real time.

With The PetPhone, every collar becomes a lifeline you can always reach, so more pets make it home and more families sleep better at night.

The PetPhone was born from those heart stopping moments when a pet goes missing.

In the UAE, we kept hearing the same stories: open villa gates, high balconies, desert and construction nearby.

Existing trackers helped a little, but one thing was missing: we couldn’t talk to our pets.So we asked, what if their collar could be a phone too, with live GPS in the same app.

We partnered with MASO to create a small device with cloud eSIM, live tracking, two way audio, Active Radar and AI activity insights.

Now The PetPhone exists so you can live your life and still know exactly where they are.

Co-Founder

The “what if?” brain behind The PetPhone. Clare obsesses over the details of how the product fits into real UAE life from villa gardens and dog parks to flights and road trips. Her focus is simple: if she wouldn’t trust it for her own pet, it doesn’t go in the product.

Aurita

Co-Founder

The storyteller and community heart of The PetPhone. Aurita makes sure everything we do, from packaging to Instagram to support emails, feels human, reassuring and genuinely helpful for worried pet parents.
