About The PetPhone

The PetPhone is a smart GPS pet tracker and phone in one, designed for dogs and cats. You attach it to your pet’s collar, pair it with the app, and then you can see their live GPS location, set Safe Zones with escape alerts, and even call your pet so they hear your voice through the built in speaker. It uses a built incloud eSIM to connect to mobile networks instead of relying on Wi-Fi, Sim Cards, Bluetooth or nearby phones.
The App of the device comes in English & Arabic. Additional languages include Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian & Japanese.
Most GPS pet trackers only show you where your pet is without live tracking. The PetPhone adds two way audio, so you can actually call your pet from the app and comfort them with your voice while you’re on your way. It also includes AI health insights, a ring + light to spot them quickly, Live Tracking &Active Radar search for close range finding, and global coverage via cloud eSIM, ideal for daily life in the UAE and travel abroad.
Typical small, coin shaped Bluetooth trackers are built to find keys, bags, and wallets, not pets. They usually rely on a nearby phone network from a specific smartphone brand, show approximate “last seen” locations, and don’t provide continuous live GPS tracking. They also don’t offer two way calling, Safe Zones, AI health insights, or pet specific safety features, and using them on pets can even trigger unwanted anti tracking alerts. The PetPhone is designed from the ground up for pets. It’s a dedicated GPS pet tracker with its own cloud eSIM, giving you live location updates, Safe Zones and escape alerts, two way audio (you can call your pet), plus a ring + light for quick locating, Active Radar for close range search, and AI activity insights, all in a secure mount for your dog or cat’s collar.

Coverage, Plans & Countries

Yes. The PetPhone is being launched in the UAE and is fully designed to work here. As long as there is mobile network coverage in the area, the device can send GPS data and handle calls via the app.
The App of the device comes in English & Arabic. Additional languages include Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian & Japanese.
Yes. Thanks to its cloud eSIM, The PetPhone can connect in 200+ countries around the world. You can use the same device when you travel with your pet.
You don’t need to buy a physical SIM card. The PetPhone has a built-in cloud eSIM, and you activate it by choosing a service plan inside the app. The plan covers GPS data and calls to your PetPhone; you’ll see available options and prices in the app during setup.
The PetPhone works wherever it can connect to a mobile network. In open desert or very remote areas, coverage depends on local operators. If your phone usually struggles there, the PetPhone may also have weaker signal. In and around most residential areas, parks, and city spaces in the UAE, you should expect reliable tracking.
Your PetPhone includes a 30 days global data free subscription. After that, you can choose a 1, 2 or 3 year data plan directly in the app, starting from around 18 AED per month. These plans are billed by our connectivity partner through the app. The PetPhone does not charge any additional subscription fees.

Features & Usage

Yes! You can call your pet directly from the app. The device rings, and your pet hears your voice through the built in speaker which can help calm them down, get their attention, or encourage them to stay put while you reach them. Your pet can even call you back by jumping three times within a few seconds, and you can switch this feature on or off anytime inside the app.
Two-way audio means sound can go both ways: from you to your pet, and from your pet’s surroundings back to you. Your pet hears your voice coming from the PetPhone on their collar, and you can also listen to ambient sounds (like barks, traffic, or people nearby) to better understand where they might be.
Safe Zones are virtual areas you set on the map such as your home, garden, or building. If your pet leaves one of these zones, you get an instant alert on your phone so you know they may have escaped and you can react quickly.
From the app, you can activate a sound (ring) and LED light on the PetPhone. This is useful when your pet is nearby but out of sight for example, in a dark garden, under a car, in bushes, or in a crowded area. The ring and light make it much easier to spot them quickly.
AI Health uses your pet’s movement patterns to give you simple activity insights. It can show how active your pet has been during the day and flag unusual low movement patterns, which may be a sign they’re not feeling well or are less active than usual. It’s not a medical tool, but it can help you notice changes earlier.
Active Radar is a special short range search mode that helps you find your pet when you’re already close but can’t see them yet. Once your pet is within a certain distance, the app switches to an Active Radar view to guide you in the right direction. As you get closer, you can also trigger the light and ringing on the PetPhone for even more precise locating. It’s perfect when your dog slips off leash in a park, your cat hides under cars or in bushes, or your pet is somewhere in a dark garden or construction area nearby. Instead of just staring at a map, Active Radar guides you in to your pet’s exact spot.

Device, Battery & Durability

Battery life is up to around 5 days on a single charge, depending on how often you track live location, how frequently you call, and network conditions. You’ll see the battery level in the app and can adjust settings to balance tracking frequency with battery life
Yes. The PetPhone is rated IP67, which means it’s designed to handle splashes, rain, dust, and short accidental submersion. It’s suitable for everyday use in the UAE, including sand and the occasional puddle or pool splash.
The PetPhone charges with the included magnetic USB charging cable. You simply snap it onto the device and plug it into any USB power source. Charging time can vary, but typically a full charge takes a few hours.

Fit, Pets & Comfort

Yes. The PetPhone is designed for both dogs and cats, as long as they’re big enough to wear the device comfortably. Many small and medium sized pets can use it.
The device is lightweight (around 37 g) and is generally suitable for pets from about 3.5 kg and up. If your pet is very small, we recommend checking with your vet and testing the fit to ensure it’s comfortable.
The PetPhone does not include a collar. It comes with a universal collar mount that you attach to your pet’s existing collar or harness. Just follow the quick start guide to secure it firmly so the device sits comfortably and doesn’t swing too much.

App, Setup & Compatibility

The PetPhone works with iOS and Android smartphones. You’ll find the app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Instructions are provided inside the box.
Setup is simple:
1.Charge the device fully.
2.Download and open the app.
3.Create an account and follow the steps to pair the device via QR code or ID.
4.Choose a plan to activate the cloud eSIM. 30 days free trial included.
5.Attach the PetPhone to your pet’s collar and create your first Safe Zone.
You’ll then be able to see your pet’s location and use all core features.
Yes. Family members can log into the same account (or be invited, depending on app updates) to see your pet’s location and call them. This is helpful for households where several people share pet care.

Orders, Pre Orders & Payments

For launch, The PetPhone will be available as a limited pre order. You place your order now to reserve a device from the first batch; we’ll share the estimated shipping window on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your payment secures your spot, and orders are shipped in the order they were received.
Your estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout. We’ll also send updates by email as we get closer to shipping. Once stock is available, orders are dispatched as quickly as possible in the order they were placed.
We accept major debit, credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our checkout.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Once your PetPhone is in stock and ready to ship, delivery within the UAE usually takes a few working days, depending on your location and courier. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Right now, we’re focusing on our UAE launch. International shipping may be added later; please check the shipping section on our website or contact support if you’re outside the UAE and interested in The PetPhone.
Yes, we offer 30 days, but only if the box is completely unopened, sealed, and the device hasn’t been activated. If you’re not happy with The PetPhone, you can return it following our return instructions, for a refund according to our policy. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds page. Pre order products are covered by the same 30 day unopened return policy and 12 months warranty as regular orders.
Yes, The PetPhone comes with a 12 monthsmanufacturer warranty against defects. If you experience an issue that’s covered, we’ll repair or replace the device as outlined in our warranty terms.

Safety, Privacy & Data

Yes. The PetPhone is built to be safe, lightweight, and comfortable for everyday wear. It uses GPS and mobile network signals similar to a smartphone, but in a compact form designed specifically for pets
We take privacy seriously. Your account data and your pet’s location information are stored securely and are only used to provide the tracking and app features. We never sell your personal data, and you can read full details in our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting & Support

First, make sure the device is on, charged, and attached to your pet. Check that you have a stable mobile or Wi-Fi connection on your phone and that your plan is active in the app. If the problem continues, restart both the device and app; if it’s still not working, contact the 24/7 in app support for help.
Try using a different USB power source and check that the magnetic charger is correctly aligned with the device. Leave it on charge for at least 30 minutes and then try turning it on again. If there’s still no response, please reach out to our support team via the app.
